Lindsey Broyles, M.Ed, LPC-Associate Supervised by Becky Southard, LPC-S

Hi, I’m Lindsey—a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate with a heart for working with
adolescents and their families. With over a decade of experience in both school and private
counseling settings, I specialize in helping teens navigate anxiety, grief, academic stress, identity
development, and the complexities of growing up.

My approach is grounded in Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT)—two evidence-based methods that empower teens to shift their mindset, build
confidence, and move forward with clarity. Whether your child is struggling socially,
emotionally, or academically, I provide a warm, structured, and nonjudgmental space for healing
and growth.

I’m originally from Lubbock and earned my bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University,
followed by a master’s in Counseling and Development from Lamar University. I’ve worked as a
high school counselor, middle school counselor, and private college advisor, both clinical
knowledge and real-world insight into the therapeutic process.

For the past five years, I’ve called Fort Worth home, and I truly love Cowtown. The community,
culture, and warmth of this city have made it the perfect place to raise my family and grow in my
counseling my practice. I am excited to be joining The Bug & Bee, where I can work alongside a team that shares my passion for supporting adolescents with creativity, compassion, and a client-centered approach.

When I’m not counseling, you’ll find me playing tennis, golfing, enjoying family time at Possum Kingdom Lake, or chasing around my two amazing kids, a son and a daughter who keep life full of joy and adventure.

If you’re looking for a collaborative, compassionate therapist for your adolescents, I’d love to
connect.
