Located at 6016 Southwest Boulevard, The LAKE Center is located between North Star Pharmacy and Parker Piano, and just across Bryant Irvin from Fort Worth Country Day School.
It was 2021 in our original office when Kate was decorating for Christmas that “The LAKE Center” was born. She bought initial ornaments for each clinician: Kate, Ashleigh, Amanda, and Lindsey. “Aw,” Kate thought, “That almost spells ‘LAKE! That would be a cute name for a group practice- The LAKE Center!’” It was when our previous clinician, Emily, joined that we knew the name was meant to be.
“What if we had a place where all of these different for therapies for kids were all housed under one roof? Parents wouldn’t have to drive across town from OT to make it to Speech or leave counseling early to make it in time for tutoring…”
And so we did. The LAKE Center is home to PT, OT, Speech, reading tutoring, private pilates, chiropractic work and counseling!
A counseling client is having a hard time cutting out pictures for his All About Me collage? OT is across the hall!
A mom is waiting on her child who is in reading tutoring? Pilates is in the back!
An OT patient is having a hard time forming “S-sounds?” A Speech Therapy team is right here!
A tongue tie was clipped so Johnny was sent to PT, but now sister is worried she will have to have surgery for something, too, sometime soon- Counseling it is!
